That will greatly discourage commenters, though, since nobody likes to type their thoughts in only to see them vanish. Then you can create a page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and place a contact form on it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ All WordPress.com blogs by default have comments open on all pages and posts.
