You don’t post an image to anyone’s else’s blog. If you could evry blog here would be spammed and full of porno. You can include a link to an image in a comment and the blogger receiving the comment can choose whether or not to approve the comment and display the image or not. http://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/embeds/

Makes sense. What you’d have to do to block or filter spam & porn would probably not be worth the time, and comments in general would get bogged down in administrator’s queues.
