Somebody please lend me some help. I went to my blog page this morning and there was an Warning message saying a sit Pet365.co.uk a known distributor of malware and put something on my site. It deterred me from clicking on my Home Page. I can look at other pages of my blog without running into this warning.

Can anyone help explain what’s going on to me. I am quite frustrated with this and need to post at my blog.

    Thanks

Locate whatever image or text you have from that site on the blog and delete the link.

when i click on that link it sends me back and the warning comes up again about no going further. This is so odd, because I have taken content from this friends website on several occasions and this has never happened. The last graphic was prior to XMAS and this situation is first showing itself now like a month later. HUH?

I can’t get to a place to delete the link. Shoot

I appreciate your help..i just am having no success. it will let me go on other pages but can’t get to the “offending page” which of course just happens to be my primary HOME Page…..

which of course just happens to be my primary HOME Page…..

The home page of the blog by default is where all Posts not Pages display in reverse chronological order (newest post on top). All posts are found here > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts
Hover over the title of the Post in question and click “edit”
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/

You have a large block of Pages at the top of your blog so if you happen to be referring to one of those Pages, and not a Post, then all Pages are found here > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages. Hover over the title of the Page in question and click “edit”
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

You’re no gonna believe this but here goes. First my HOME Page never shows up as one of the choices when I am on my Dashboard and then go to All Pages. It just isn’t listed ever. Like a default position I have to go to another page then click on Home Page tab to get there.

So I went into to Post pulled up all posts then found one of the posts that has info from the questionable source. I clicked to edit it and when I tried to go there..again same warning to stop message. YIKES!

    Hi there,

I don’t see a warning and am able to access your site just fine.

I noticed that you have approved many comments from lista de emails sources. Could you please not do that? They are not legitimate comments, and it will continue to cause issues if you unspam comments.

I hope you were able to resolve this with Timethief’s help, but if you need anything further please just let me know!

My client is having the same problem and has been for 2 weeks now. The blog is Manningtonathome. We get the malware virus warning and if we click on the link anyway, this message pops up:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare debug_fopen() (previously declared in /home/content/15/7433615/html/wp-includes/functions.php:1133) in /home/content/15/7433615/html/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 2883

We cannot get to any post on our blog nor the admin page. What can we do? We need to fix this w/o further delay. Thanks for any advice you have.

I had to notify the origin of the malware to get it fixed/removed. It was a graphic that something had gone wrong with after 2 months being at my home page. They gave me new code for it. Once I deleted the old code and substituted the new everything was fine including my post.

Hope that helps. You have to know the origin of the malware

    Hi Carla,

I get a “that page doesn’t exist” message when I check the link you included. Does it have a typo?

    Cheers!

    Hi, Zandy:

We got the home page for the blog to pull back up but the malware virus box pops up everytime we click on one of the blogs. Here’s the link so you can see what I’m talking about:
