    If you are trying to manage an upgrade on one of your sites, and you don’t see it on the Purchases page, make sure you’re logged in to the account that was used to purchase that upgrade.

    The account that you're using to post here may not own any upgrades, so it won't show anything under Purchases

    Let us know if needed any further help or call Staff support by addin madlook tag to your post


  3. Hi @mountainpat — Have you yet to choose another browser? This may be the issue. Please go ahead and use a newer browser, or computer, and try to sign in to view your purchases. If it still cannot load, please reach back to me here. Thanks :)
