If you unfollow a blog, are you supposed to still receive the messages from that particular blog? I keep trying to access the manage subscription and I am receiving a blank page. Does anyone know how to access the manage subscriptions button? What am I doing wrong? Please advise.

P.S. I posted my question this morning but I am not seeing it…………….

The blog I need help with is

The above is your previous post.

I believe one way to stop following blogs is to go to your Dashboard> Blogs I follow. When you hover over a blog name, Unfollow in red will show up. Or you can click the box of more than one and use the Bulk actions and click Apply.

You can also stop following through the main wordpress site. Go to the Reader> Blogs I follow> in small gray letters is Edit list. Next to each blog name is a small X. Click and it should remove the blog.

I hope one of these work for you.

I did the second suggestion yesterday and the blog was deleted but I dont understand why I was still getting the blogs in my email. I will follow your instructions thebirdingbunch thank you!

Also note that there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the emailed posts you receive that you can click.

Oho. You mean that after the question was answered, I am supposed to unsubscribe? May I change the status to “resolved?”

While trying to stop comments by email on a particular article in a blog I follow, I once got a list of the particular articles within a blog that I could “check” to no longer follow comments on-just for that particular article-not the whole bloggers account. I cant find it now-how do I get the list of articles I am receiving comments on?

At the bottom of each email you’re receiving is a link to your notifications settings.

For the life of me. I can not find where I go to see who actually subscribes to me.

What am missing? Where is it?

    Hi there,
    Hello there,
Followers are the number of readers following your blog posts and/or comments.
Your followers receive an update, either on their Read Blogs page or via email (or both, depending on their settings). There are several different ways that readers can start following your blog.
Go to your site stats page and click Totals, Followers & Shares
Click the Blog link under the number and the Site Stats ยป My Followers page will open. Click the Email Followers link.

Thanks, but I still don’t understand.

Followers are not the same as subscribers are they?

If you want to consider only those who choose to receive posts by email as subscribers that’s your perogative. In truth < a href=””>there are several different ways that readers can start following your blog.
