'Manage Themes' page doesn't show all available themes

When attempting to browse all available themes in A-Z order using ‘Manage Themes’, it will only show about 90 themes on the page, the first one being ‘Adventure Journal’ and the last being ‘Koi’. After this, in the bottom right corner it simply says ‘200 themes’ with an intermittently-flashing progress circle underneath, which makes it look like the page is constantly trying to fetch the next set of themes to display but never managing to retrieve them, even though it has already successfully accomplished this a few times to get me up to ‘K’ in the alphabet.

There should be another 100 or so themes to display, after ‘Koi’ alphabetically. Why can’t I see them?

(Using Firefox 14.0.1, Windows 7. Tried F5, CTRL+F5, no effect. Tried clearing cache, no effect.)

The blog I need help with is undividedblog.wordpress.com.

I managed to get down to the zBench in both Chrome 21 and FireFox 14, both on a PC running Win7. Whenever I got towards the bottom of the page, the next set of thumbnails showed up.

While I didn’t encounter your specific problem, I do have to say that in Chrome it’s telling me there are 210 items, while in FireFox there are 214! ? ! (A-Z sort on both pages)

And as far as your problem, I’d just make sure that your flash player is up to date. You can test it here http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required you can install the latest version of Flash here http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Excuse me, try downloading here instead http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    Hi. Thanks for the replies.

I’ve updated my flash player but that hasn’t solved the problem. Still only gets down to ‘Koi’ in the list.

Any other ideas how I can view the rest of the themes?

Is your Javascript up to date or enabled also are you using a script blocking browser extension also do you have 3rd party cookies enabled because some web features don’t work correctly if 3rd party cookies are blocked
You can check your Java version here http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Also what browser version are you using I ask because dev and beta version browsers are not supported here at WP.com because the version changes more rapidly than the standard version. You can check and see what browser version as well if cookies and Java is enabled by visiting this link http://supportdetails.com/

http://supportdetails.com/ says Firefox 14.0.1, Javascript and cookies both enabled.

http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp says I’m using Version 7 Update 5 but that there is a newer version available Version 7 Update 7. I’ll try getting that updated but don’t hold out much hope, as it wouldn’t explain why I’m able to get through lots of pages of themes, with new pages appearing on the screen as I scroll down, but then it just stops updating the page.

Seems like a lot of effort to just view your themes. Is there no way of just viewing the whole list in A-Z order without the snazzy javascript cleverly updating the page as you scroll down?

The most stable recent version of Firefox is Firefox 15 and you can upgrade here http://browsehappy.com
