Hi, I would like to know how I may ask for a mapping refund. It’s $13 but it didn’t work when I was setting up my website. I would obviously like the money back. Thank you!

It looks like there was a glitch with the mapping portion of the refund. I’ve processed the $13 manually though, and you will now receive a full refund of your purchase. These may come through in separate installments and should reach you in about ten days. Best wishes :)
