May I have the Mature mark removed from my blog?

  1. Hi there,

When I created my blog, I requested that it be marked as mature, and many thanks for that :)

However I am finding that, now that I'm using my blog, I'm not posting mature content in spite of being an Erotica author. I have re-read the Terms and Conditions and I'm sure my blog does not fall into the spectrum classified as Mature.

Would you be kind enough to take a look and unmark it as Mature if you agree?

    Many thanks :)

  2. If your site had been marked "mature" it wouldn't be linked to your username, unless it is a different site you are talking about.

If it is a different site, please don't post the link here. Please do use the same method you used to request it be marked as mature.

    Here's the definition of "mature":

    Here's how to report it:

  3. How very odd! I received an email to say that it had been marked as mature.

  4. Hello Scarlet,

I have forwarded your request to our Terms of Service team and someone we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

  5. Thank you kindly! :)

  6. Hey Scarlet,

Sites that contain erotica are not appropriate for all audiences, so your site will not be unmarked as mature. Though this does mean your site is excluded from public community features of, it is not otherwise blocked or placed behind an "age gate" and you can continue most of the features of the service.

Let us know if you have further questions.

  7. Hi Kev,

Fair enough. Thank you for taking the time to look into it and get back to me.

  8. @kevkoeh - Can I please have a clarification?

It was understood from previous forum discussions that sites marked as "mature" would not have their site linked to their username when posting in the community forums and yet I see a site attached to scarletcox's username. Has something changed or are you referring to a different site other than the one currently linked (herusernamedotcom)?

  9. @justjennifer, it looks like this thread fell off our radar.

In this case, I'm not seeing the user's site showing up on the forums under "The blog I need help with is... " for a regular logged-in user. This is what it looks like when I test it:

If you're seeing something different, could you send me a screenshot?
