i FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT THE SCREEN ALWAYS CAME UP BLANK WITH NO WHERE TO DROP OR INSERT THE FILE.

I have been searching and I notice others are also having trouble with image uploading and editing. I also found out that Staff are aware of the issue. So all I can suggest is that we all take a break while Staff sort this out.
