I have been trying to publish a post but I can’t. The response is usually Media error: error occurred while uploading media.
The blog I need help with is belijose.wordpress.com.
Exactly what does the error message say?
Have you exhausted your free media storage space allocation?
WordPress.com provides free blogs and hosts them free of charge. There are no bandwidth charges. All WordPress.com blogs come with 3000 megabytes (~3 GBs) of space for storing uploaded files and images. Free features are listed here https://en.wordpress.com/features/
Currently, the only way to get an extra space allocation is to purchase an upgrade bundle. https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/ Stand-alone upgrades are no longer possible for new purchases. If you already had this upgrade you would have been able to renew it, but you can’t buy a new one if you’ve never had it.
As a workaround, keep in mind that you can also upload your media to another service like Google Drive, Flickr, etc. and insert it into your posts from there. https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/#insert-an-image-from-the-web
If you do have an existing upgrade and you are logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade you will be able to renew here http://dylanmakes3.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
If that is not your issue post into the sticky post at the top of these forums Media uploading issues https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/media-uploading-issues?replies=43
