Media not working correctly

    My photos are reading into the media section, but the image in the media section is “clear” so you can’t actually see the photos. They load correctly into the post however. This is a major issue only in the header area, where I cannot see the photo to crop it to header size. When I hit edit image the crop section is not there. I’ve not had the problem before, and still have room for more images from a storage perspective. Can you help? I’m travelsandtrifles.wordpress.com. Thanks

    Hi there,

    I took a look at your media library, and images are showing up correctly for me there. I’m not sure I completely understand what it is you’re seeing. Would you mind making a screenshot of what you are seeing? You can upload the screenshot to your media library and I can look at it there, or you can use an online service such as Snaggy. That will help me understand what’s going wrong.

    You may also want to try clear your browser’s cache to see if that helps with this issue.

    It’s working fine now. I think it may have been a short-term performance issue either at the WP end or on mine. Will come back if it recurs but you can probably close this one out. Thanks for responding tho!
