If you look in your dashboard, under presentation and then sidebar widgets, I believe there's already a meebo widget available. You just need to give it the appropriate information and you're away!
I have the info, but dont know where to put it
Did you find the widget in your sidebar widgets?
If you did, then drag the widget up from the bottom to where you want it and a little "page" icon will appear on the right hand side.
Click the icon and a "window" will pop up. Paste the HTML in there, close the window and then press save changes.
All should be sweet after that.
I did thanks, but now I dont know how to get online!
That I can't help with I'm afraid. I've never used Meebo. :(
go to meebo.com and sign in, you will automatically be onlined...
go to meebo
register with them
copy and paste the line to the meebo widget
and go back to meebo
and use your IM sign in
and boom ure online on ur website as well as ur IM
Whats IM sign in mean?
ehhe i cant stop smiling when i see u post
the program like e.g MSN messenger, yahoo messenger, aol etc.
so u only need to register with meebo to get the HTML coding
and i think u already have an msn messenger
go to meebo (after u finish adding html on the widget)
sign in under mSN IM i.e username= ?? password ??
then boom u will see that ur nick is online at the blog
i hope i xplained everythin
I managed to get the html code and installed it but when you do view site, the contents of the sidebar shift down and the top right is left blank. How does one get around this problem. Thanks in advance.
Do you have a widget in the sidebar widget section? I don't. What did you do with the code? Where did you enter this information to get meebo working? Thanks
OOPS! You seem to be in the wrong place. And not only that but you posted to two different threads on this.
