Migrating subscribers to self hosted wordpress blog

I have installed Jetpack on my url and activated it. I would appreciate it if my users could be moved over also so that I could start using the plugin.
Around 294 blog followers in the old blog
self hosted wordpress blog url: http://greatrewards.abdurrahman.org/
