If you cancelled before the renewal date, you wouldn’t have received any refund, because you wouldn’t have been charged.
Your upgrades renewed on 30 October, and you only cancelled after that. Refunds on domain renewals can only be done by staff, and you would have seen a notice explaining this on the screen where you had to confirm your domain cancellation.
I’ve now refunded that payment. You should receive it in around ten business days, depending on processing times at your bank.
