    Missing CNAME Record

You must make some changes to your domain before we can continue by using the tools provided by your domain registrar to add a CNAME record. It should look like this:

    dhyana 14400 IN CNAME dhyanabeaumont.wordpress.com.

Each registrar has its own method of adding CNAME records. The important parts of this record are your subdomain (“dhyana”) and your original blog domain (“dhyanabeaumont.wordpress.com”).

(If you have already done this, it may take several hours for the changes to be recognized here. Please try again in a little while.)

If you need more information, see our Mapping a Subdomain support guide.

    Done configuring your domain?
The CNAME entry is not pointing to WordPress.com yet, if you recently updated them please check again in a few hours.

I dont know how to fix this. When I first signed up yesterday on blogger I said I wanted: dhyana.beaumont.com – since this I think the system thinks it is taken – when I was wanting it.

I have waited 48 hrs so far, hoping for when I hit the button: pasted below
that site will work – but not sure if this is useless – since I dont if I have added the CNAME yet.

    Done configuring your domain?
I added the CNAME. Try adding my domain to my blog again

The blog I need help with is dhyana.beaumont.com.

Do you currently own or have access to this domain?

If not, you won’t be able to create a subdomain of beaumont.com for your blog. If that’s the case, let me know, and I’ll help you get things setup properly.

no I dont own beaumont.com. or have access to this domain?

thanks for your help I realize this was the problem – so I have changed my domain to dhyanabeaumont.com
