missing pages after upgrade

    When i logged onto my dashboard of my website pemburycommunitynursery.org my pages have disappeared. They still appear on the website but i cannot see them on the dashboard. How do i get them back to work on them? I have done a search on the wordpress forum and they suggested looking in the trash basket but i cannot even find this.
    Please help, i have spent a lot time working on this website. It is for a non-profit community organisation and i really do not want to do it all again…
