One of the top referrers is missing from my stats… must have accidentally flagged it. Can someone please undo that for me?
The blog I need help with is lucidcode.com.
If you’ve flagged a referrer as spam you can undo it immediately by clicking the Undo link that appears. However, once you navigate away from the stats page it is no longer possible to undo it. Staff also cannot do it for you.
You will still be able to get referrals from that site, but it won’t show in your Stats any longer.
Can you please double-check with Jeremy – it looks like he was able to sort it: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/referrer-spam-flag? Otherwise perhaps Rachel can help: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/referrer-mysteriously-disappeared?replies=14?
I’m not a staff member, so I can’t ask them directly, but I’ll tag this for staff to follow up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.
It would probably also help if you can give them the URL of that referrer.
What was the referrer that you need unflagged?
Elite, thanks guys!
I see a referrer from hackaday.com in your stats now.
To be clear, the flag removes the entire domain, not just one specific referrer URL, so if you flagged something from hackaday.com, the one referrer from a hackaday.com article in your stats now wouldn’t be appearing there today.
I am glad you can see a referrer from there… I still can’t.
I’m working on unblocking this for you. Will let you know when this is finished!
This should be fixed now. Let us know if you need anything else!
Awesome, Jeremy! Thank you so much for your effort and sorry about the trouble.
Not a problem at all!
