Hi I have enabled mobile site (Gateway Theme) and when I view the site on my phone the menu is just a very tiny line up in the top left corner and when clicked opens a full list of the menu on a page… so tiny you cant read it. How do I get the menu to show as a button in/under the logo like other sites?? Thanks

The blog I need help with is wk8ball.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

I don’t see what you describe. Viewing your site in Chrome on Android I see a menu button, taking up the full height of the blue admin bar at the top. What mobile browser are you using? Can you check if using another one makes any difference?

That said, it is not necessary to enable the mobile theme – that theme is only meant to be used for sites using older themes that aren’t themselves mobile-friendly.

Gateway is mobile friendly already, so there’s no need to use the default mobile theme.

There is no way to customize the default mobile theme on the free plan.
