MOKA theme – Article photos
-
I use MOKA theme. On the front page, there are article photos. That’s fine, but I don’t want those article photos be seen in the articles anymore (on top before text). I like to write an article first, and then add photos. Is there any CSS to change that?
Best, Tiina

Hi Tiina,
If I understand correctly, you’d like to keep the photos on the front page at http://designwash.net/ but for example when you click through to the article at http://designwash.net/2014/07/09/design-wash-blogi-tayttaa-2-vuotta/ you don’t want the featured image to show up at the top of the page there. Is that right?
To add custom CSS, go to your My Blogs page and click the Customize link under the blog’s title. In the Customizer, open the CSS section and in the CSS editor there, you can enter the following CSS:
.single-post .entry-thumbnail { display: none; }
Because that CSS targets the single post, it will remove the featured image from the single post but won’t change how the image appears on the front page. Please let me know how that works for you! :)

Hi again!
I saw, that the same thing isn’t working in my blog page: http://designwash.net/blogi-2/
“Problem” is still there. Do you know CSS for blog page, so it would work at same way (I don’t want the featured image to show up at the top of the page there)?

Hi Tiina, give the following CSS a try to get rid of the featured images on all posts on your blog page.
.blog img.wp-post-image { display: none; }

Thanks! That’s working!
But there’s missing one line before article (empty space). I think I can live with that, but if there is any way to change that, it would be nice.
I’m graphic designer, so I always fixing margins and columns a lot ;)
