Money deducted twice but domain not registered

  1. I have registered a domain and it has not come in my upgrades. Also it is still open for registration after deduction of money from my account. Kindly diagnose this problem

  2. There are a dozen or so people reporting upgrades and domain problems right now. You're not alone. I'll flag this for staff attention, same as the other threads.

  6. I don't know, as this particular bug has never happened before. Staff will sign in to work first thing in the morning (whenever that is for them, wherever they are) and see a dozen + threads tagged for their immediate attention and realize there's a bug. They'll prioritize that, particularly since there is money on the line, but I can't say how long it will take to sort out.

    Got refounded of 3 out of 4 purchases but for the new domain they still ask me 18$?! Sad and confused are the right feelings at the moment... :(
    I hope someone will sort out the problems very soon...

  8. At least you got something refunded. Just waiting for the staff to resolve this. The confusion is that my billing history shows invoices for domain mapping (13 USD deducted twice) but my statement shows two deductions of 26 USD.

  9. Earlier today we had some technical difficulties with our upgrades systems. For a a short time this morning, anyone who tried to purchase or renew products with us were charged but their items did not end up in their account or get renewed.

    We have fixed the issue on our end and have made sure that if you attempted to purchase or renew your upgrade more than once that all additional upgrades have been refunded to you!

    We strongly recommend that you log in to your account's Dashboard and navigate to the Store link and then to My Upgrades to review what items are currently in your account. If there are any items missing you can purchase them through your Dashboard >> Store.

    If you attempted to purchase a domain, we do apologize, but you will need to attempt purchasing it again by adding it via Store >> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.

    We sincerely apologize for this confusion and inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions!

    I renew my website today and was deducted 7 times :( ! How long i have to wait to have de refund in my account?
    This is very very inconveniente! :(

    The refunds have left our account, and depending on your credit card provider, will reappear on your statement within 10 days at the most (it's usually much less).

  12. I got refunded once with 26 USD (mentioned in billing history), but my statement has two deductions of the same amount. When will I get the second refund.

  13. One of the $26 charged was added as credit to your account somehow, so you technically could have purchased a domain "for free" with that. :)

    I'm not sure why that happened instead of a refund in your case, but I have issued the refund now for you.
