More Buttons On The Visual Editor
I know from my own copy of wordpress.org software that I can install a plugin that will expose more buttons in the Visual Editor.
I don’t see an option to expose more buttons or install plugins in the free blog hosting service on wordpress.COM.
I would like to have the button for making HTML tables in a blog post in the Visual Editor, is there another way to do it?
Thanks in advance for any information.
The blog I need help with is beforewisdom.wordpress.com.
Please become aware of the differences between wordpress.COM free hosted blogs on this multiuser blogging platform and wordpress.ORG installs for self hosting by reading this support documentation entry. > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Also note that the request you are making for upgrading the TnyMCE editor have been previously made. I simply don’t have time to do forum searches for you as I’m multitasking.
If you wish you can use windowslivewriter to post to your blog as it has the ability to make tables. If that does not suit you then making HTML tables is very easy to do.
If you click Welcome, beforewisdom https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/beforewisdom at the top of this page you will find the threads you post and the comments you post into threads on this forum.
You have asked the plugins question in another thread and received an answer here > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/can-i-install-plugins?replies=2#post-551064
Please also link your username to your blog or post the URL every time you post to the forum so we can locate it. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog starting and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
