  5. Hello Deena,

Sorry about that,I have located the problem and have transferred your followers one more time. Please let me know if you are still having problems. Thanks.

  6. Hi

I think it may actually be the wordpress subscribers that I am after rather than the subscribers as they are still signing up to the site on a daliy basis.

also when I am publishing new posts the short links being created are not working. Can you help with this.

    Thanks again

  7. Hey Deena,

Have you thought about buying a Site Redirect Upgrade? This will automatically forward visitors of to your new site.

I have looked into the problem with your shortlinks as well. Your Jetpack is connected to your temporary site address (your server's IP) Please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack.

Let me know when you've done this and I'll fix things on our end.

  8. Thank you so much I think it is all fixed now. .

    Kind regards

  9. Hi

we have another problem. As the Jetpack has been reinstalled not only have we lost the previous stats but we have lost all the subscribers. Please can we request that you add these again.

  10. Hi Also in our general settings should both address be as I have shown below or should one read

    WordPress Address (URL)
    Site Address (URL)

PLease let me know so I can make the change

  11. Hello Deena,

I have resolved the problem with your stats. If you're still having problems please disconnect and reconnect Jetpack. If that doesn't work let me know and I'll take another look.

Regarding your Site Address (URL) and WordPress Address (URL) I can confirm that they should not be In most self-hosted installations they should both be your site's URL (like you have now).

You can read more about these settings here:

  12. Hello

Please can you add the Subscribers again as with the new jetpacks installation we have lost all the subscribers to the blog.

please let me know when this is done so we can start blogging it again.

    Kind regards

  13. Hello Rakesh,

I see Jetpack is no longer active on your site. Please reactivate Jetpack and I'll take another look. Thanks.

  14. Hi Need some help with reactivating it. Can you help with this so that we can retrieve all the subscribers and followers again. Not sure what has gone wrong. Can we speak via Skype, google chat or MSN ?

  15. Hello,

We do not provide support via chat. However, I'm happy to help you get things working via the forum. Can you please describe the error you are getting when you try to connect. Is it any of these by chance?

If can you can provide me with as much information as possible about the problem I'm sure we can get it resolved. Thanks!

  16. Hi The jetpack reads connected to WordPress so do I need to disconnect it and then reconnect again ?

  17. Hi I am a little scared of deactivating jetpacks and losing the information on there. We cant see any of the subscribers on the blog the ones that you moved from the site a couple of days ago.

  18. Hi Jetpack should be connected. We just need the subscribers and followers back. We should have likes from many bloggers 2 days ago and they have all seemed to disappear. These will be the same ones you transferred over from the site. Look forward to your feedback.

  19. I think I have resolved this by reconnecting and connecting the site to jetpacks
