Moving Users to All Users Page
None of the users on my private blog show up on my “All Users” page. They are only listed on the page of Invites, and shown as having accepted their invitations. How do I move them to the All Users page, so I can assign them different roles?
The blog I need help with is marciameara.wordpress.com.
I’m sorry they do not appear here > http://marciameara.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
I have three wordpress blogs, one of which is private. None of my users appear on any of the blogs, though it doesn’t bother me on the 2 that are public. But on my private blog, I would like assign different roles to the users so they can initiate posts on that blog, as well as respond to my posts. Thank you for helping me get staff assistance. I could find nothing about this in the FAQs, etc.
Viewers are different than users because they don’t have any editing access to your blog. Therefore they are not listed on the users page. You can read more about adding users at http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
Thank you for your help. So I guess on my private blog, I need to re-invite my users as Authors? I see no way to make the change without sending out new invitations under that designation. I want them to be able to originate posts of their own, but not to be able to edit or delete anyone else’s.
Thank you again for your help, and the link.

In this case you’ll need to re-invite them as authors.
Just what I was finally figuring out. Thank you so much for confirming. I think I’ve got it, now! Finally! :)
