  Does premium and/or business license has multisite feature?
  Can I use subdomain for multisite?

  Running a network under WP Multisite is a feature of the standalone version of WordPress and isn’t available here on WordPress.com, regardless of upgrade.

  However, there is no limit to the number of sites you can register here under a single user account, as long as they comply with the WordPress.com Terms of Service. http://en.wordpress.com/tos/
