My account confirmation email has not been sent to me, what do I do?

  1. I set-up my account months ago and never received a confirmation email which I need in-order to post. I have tried numerous times to resend the email and I still have not received anything. I also have checked spam and no luck there either.

    Thanks for getting in touch! This is a weird one. I have put this in front of our developers and as soon as they have any information on it I will let you know!

  5. People are on top of things today! I just heard back from one of the guys who handles things in that department, and he was able to verify that when he just sent resent the verification email to your address on file, it left our system normally. It should be sitting in your box waiting for you!

  6. Thank you for helping me out. Unfortunately, I still have not received the confirmation email, but I did receive an email to change my password. Which I did successfully, but it still says I am unable to publish because I need to confirm my account via email but I still don't haven't received an email even after I continue to click for it resend to my account. Is there another way to fix this?

  7. There is a link to send the confirmation email to another address. Since we have confirmed that the email is leaving our system, it looks like there may be a problem with it perhaps not hitting your end right. Can you try sending it to a different email address?

  8. Well 2 of my friends has the same problem.They haven't got there commfirmation email for their account so they can't login.

  11. What are the email addresses which they are not receiving emails at? You can post it here, the email addresses will appear as [redacted] and only staff will be able to see them.

  17. Yes, just type it in. The software automatically detects it and munges it so we can't see but staff can.

    We have no record of an attempt by that email address to create an account here with us. If they are running in to issues it is likely before they reach the account creation point.

    If you could direct them to go to if they want to create an account without a blog or to if they want to create an account WITH a blog.

    If they run in to any issues during the process, I'll need the details of what is going wrong, please!

  21. So I have to set up a whole new blog, with a different email address? The address I've been using is [email redacted].

  22. No Jamie, you shouldn't need to. I just sent you an email to the address which we have on file. Please respond to it and we should be able to get things sorted out.
