I am having trouble getting into my blog. I can get into my account but it says I don’t have any blogs. I’m using a new computer and I just can’t figure it out.

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of your site please?

I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.

Edit: Oy os reserved was meant to be It is reserved

When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

As you have registered the matching username account the blog is reserved for you and you can register it
    https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1

However, if you changed your username then the blog URL will not be available for use under the new username account.

This is wordpress.com support where we do not provide support for any sites that are not hosted here. We do not provide wordpress.ORG software support or Jetpack support for adding self hosted sites to your wordpress.COM account.

You are posting to the wrong support forum.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
    Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
    See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/

Also, note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums. Please direct Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.

    re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/

Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
    http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
