my blog is lost in space
A few years ago I started a blog for my business on wordpress.com. I then upgraded to wordpress.org. That site is thenostalgicbaker.com. I later started another blog using the same contact email address. It is thepropitioushome.wordpress.com. If I go to that blog it is still there but I can’t log into it because I don’t have the right password. If I request a password change, wordpress sends a link for thenostalgicbaker.wordpress.com but because that blog no longer exists I get an error message. I hesitate to include my email address associated with these two blogs because I don’t want it public. I would appreciate any suggestions for getting my blog back.

This is an automated message.
I flagged this for staff attention.
http://thepropitioushome.wordpress.com/ belongs to a user with a acw[…] (at) yahoo.com email address. Do you have access to that email address?
I do have access to that email. But when I use that email and request a password change the link that is emailed to me gives me an error message that references thenostalgicbaker.
Would you list here the email address you’re using?
It will be blocked from everyone but staff, so no one else will see it, and I can at least confirm that you’re using the right one.
Excellent, that’s the correct email address, and the username you mentioned is the one associated with the blog.
After you reset the account password and log into that account, can you try this direct dashboard URL?
Thank you so much! I was able to reset the password and the link takes me to my dashboard.
