You must contact the web host for that site with a DMCA take down notice. See here please > Content theft – what to do http://en.support.wordpress.com/content-theft-what-to-do/
Can i simply cancel my blog, suspending it and move the content to another template in wordpress?
Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled. If you delete the blog the URL cannot be reused by anyone.
If you move to another address your visitors might have a tough time finding you – also once content is copied it usually stays at the site that copied it – even if you transferred your content to another URL and saved this one, the content will probably be on the stolen site URL – and someone else can grab the content – sorry but the advice by @TT is the best – any content on the internet can be copied
The “similarsites” link you provided has added a search frame and is loading your site in that frame. If you click the “X” in the upper right corner, you’re taken to your WordPress.com site. It looks like their service will help a user find other websites with content similar to your own site.
Alexa and CraftKeys are sites that provide analysis and statistics for websites on the internet. They are not copying your content, just analyzing it.
Your site is public and that means your content can be indexed and searched by Google, Bing or any other search engine along with being open to being analyzed for it’s content by sites like Alexa. The only way to prevent this is to have a completely private site, but then you won’t get any traffic from these searches or services.
I hope that clarifies things.
