  2. I have has severe depression in the past, and I am struggling with some life issues right now, so I am familiar with the process. More so than I'd like to be, certainly. Writing definitely helps. I only started my blog several weeks ago, but It does help to have it as an outlet. Best of luck to you.

  4. i write about my bi-polar sometimes too. mostly with self-effacement and playfulness because i want to talk about it, but joking makes me feel safer.i'd rather beat the cynics and projectionists to the punchline anyway.

    it's not a joke to be suicidal, but it helps to laugh. that's what i do when the tears get to be too much.
