My new post doesn't appear in my Reader (photography tag)

    Hi,
    I just uploaded a new post but when I looked for it in my Reader under the “photography” tag, I didn’t see it. I refreshed and refreshed but it’s gone… I didn’t check all my tags for the specific post, just the “art” tag and it appeared there.
    Take note that my tags are under the 15 limit.
    It’ s not the first time I have the same issue… It’s most important that our posts appear in the reader so please see to it, it’s very frustrating..

    I just followed your site and see the post at the top of my Reader. Try following your own site and see if you see the same.

    I still can’t see my post appear in the specific tags: “Photography” and “Photos”. I see it in the other tags I used and it appears in my Reader.
    It’s a tag issue. You could try to find my post using the “Photography” tag and scroll down cause my post was posted between 1-2 hours ago.

    This is not the first time and it’s very annoying since my blog is a photography blog, and I am sure you can understand that I need to appear in the photography tag!

    I just saw that it’s been 2 hours at least since that post. So try to go between 2-3 hours

    Please wp, I need a solution to the problem mentioned above.
    It led to a significant decrease of likes and views to my posts lately. I put so much effort and time, it’s enervating to say the least, to see all that repeatedly go to waste!

    Hey there,

    Photography and Photos are such broad and popular tags that there are literally several new posts a minute with those tags – it is occasionally difficult to keep track of your own post with broad tags such as that. However, I’ll take a look and see if I can find it myself.

    Well… I may be difficult now, since it’s been 9-10 hours since I posted it, but it was easy to see that it didn’t exist in those tags when I opened this thread to the forum.
    You have to go back 9-10 hours to see for yourself, I really hope you do :)
    Likes and views are “frozen” after the first hour too, that makes me certain that something is wrong with this post (not only this post, I had the same issue several times in the past).

    Ha…I only made it to 2 hours back and the Reader isn’t loading any further at the moment =)

    I checked your post and there’s no reason why it wouldn’t appear. Like you said, it is appearing in all the other tags that I checked. Next time you publish a post to the photography and photos tag, immediately open the tag search and scroll through it a little ways and it should be there.

    However, feel free to let me know when you publish a new post (or right before) and I can try and find it in the Reader for you.

    Ohh! that’s disappointing…
