My posts don't appear or get deleted when I post something else, why?

I have posted twice and my post disappears. I’ve cleared the cache and my old posts appear normally, it’s very weird, I Press Publish and the next page loads, i even checked my blog and the post was up, then checked it again and it’d disappeared! am i only allowed one blog post a day? Because on both occasions I’ve followed up the blog with a pic post, the pic’s remained the written blogs gone.
The blog I need help with is deathbecomeme.wordpress.com.
Please give us the URL of a post that’s having this problem. Also, never use the New Post button on either the grey Admin bar or the blue bar on the WordPress.com central page: they both have a history of problems.

The post is missing so I cannot send you a URL of it because its disappeared and doesn’t appear any more.
And if I cannot use the grey or blue areas what options do I have!?!?
