    Hi,

    I migrated from a Blogger Blog two days ago. I’ve been configuring the blog and I think everything is fine except that my blog doesn’t show posts in reverse chronological order as I would expect.

    My last post was published on April 29 and its status is “published” (it is not a draft) but instead of displaying at top of the blog, I can see a post from January 21st on its place!

    Please, I need help to solve this. I’ve been through all configuration options and I can’t realize why entries are not shown in reverse chronological order.

    Thanks in advance,

    Manel.

    The blog I need help with is elmapadekarnaugh.wordpress.com.

    Try this please. Dashboard > Settings > Writing
    now tick this > ___ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically
    then scroll down and click “Save Changes”

    Go to the post edit screen and select a post and open it. Make an inconsequential edit like deleting a period and entering it again and then click “Publish”.

    Then post again and let use know if that worked.

    This also occurs if you’ve made various posts Sticky for some reason; I’m wondering if there’s a miscommunication between Blogger and here that’s causing WP.com to treat it like a sticky post.

    @raincoaster
    It could be and if so this may help.

    @beltrixx
    Try this. Dashboard > Settings > Writing
    checkmark this and then scroll down and “Save Changes”
    WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically

    Now open any post and edit it. make an inconsequential change like deleting and typing a period in again and then click “Publish”.

    Check your blog to see is there has been any change and reply to us here with an update please.

    Also as raincoaster has said Sticky posts can be problematic. Do you have more than one sticky post?

    @beltrixx: Please paste the URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your username to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). We cannot really help if we cannot see the blog.
