My posts don't show up on reader (and other issues with tags in the reader)

Yesterday I made a new post and decided to follow one of the tags in it on my reader. I noticed that my post didn’t show up on the reader. I read about the possible reasons and since I don’t exceed the 15 categories/tags limit and my blog doesn’t seem to be marked as mature, I assume that my site got flagged because I posted a link to a shop. (I edited the link later to point to the game developer’s site rather than to the shop itself.)
I also managed to add that one tag to my followed list in the reader, but then my tags started behaving strangely. I wanted to add another and couldn’t. And I couldn’t remove some of the tags I had followed earlier. The page shows the added tags for a second or so, and then they disappear from the list. Same with deleting, it disappears for a second but then comes back.
I tried deleting cache and cookies, and also another browser. The problem persists (as well as my posts not showing up). I noticed that after a while I could delete one tag successfully but then the “bug” repeated. Today I could add another tag, and then they stopped working again. Basically I can live with this issue because I don’t need to constantly change my followed tags on the reader, but it’s still a bit annoying. And I’m reporting it just in case it could have anything to do with my posts not showing under the tags.
