My refund hasn't come through yet - 13 days later?!

  1. Hi
    I cancelled my purchase within the 24-hour period and received an email stating that I should have my refund back into my bank account in roughly 10 days.

    It's been 13 days going on 14, can you confirm what's going on with this please?

  2. Hi there, it is probably taking slightly longer because you requested the refund before Christmas, so there were several holidays since then. Could you please give it a until the end of the week, then let me know if you have not received it? I definitely see your purchase as refunded.

  3. I there I still haven't received my refund and it's been a total of 26 days, can you please look into this as I think this is well over due.
    I would appreciate a reply and an ETA on when I can expect my refund.

    On occasion, certain banks won't release the refund on their statements until 30 days following a refund. Our records show that this has indeed been refunded, so as a next step, you should contact your bank to check the status of this refund.
