It looks like the subscriptions on the site expired and that’s why the domain does not work anymore.

I have never been able to access my website. My friend did all of this. Will I be able to renew the subscriptions from my account, not hers? I don’t know anything about how to do any of this. I see that they were only mapping subscriptions and now they are expired from your friend’s account, you may be able to add it to yours. You can try to add the domain to your account here. With the mapping subscription, you must have a paid plan connected to your account:
