The Name Servers can only be changed at the company where you bought the .com domain name.
If you bought the domain from WordPress, then you probably bought it through the account and not here at You would need to log into your account instead or ask them for help.
If you didn't buy the domain name from WordPress, then you need to go to that other company to point the domain to Bluehost instead of pointing it to WordPress.

  6. I'm sorry but I can't you beyond providing the link to the instructions which I did above.

  7. i am logged into, but my blog is not there

  8. Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones:

  9. Note you must be logged in under the username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade for the blog.

  10. it shows 0 blogs :(

  11. How many username accounts do you have?

  12. @patriciazars: I see that the domain currently has nameservers pointing to BlueHost. The domain registration and mapping for expired on 2012-10-31. If you don't want to lose your domain, I recommend that you renew it right now via this link:

Note that you don't have any upgrades or blogs associated with your patriciazars account, so you need to be logged into the account you used when you originally purchased the domain.
