need a refund

  1. I tested using several wordpress themes today. I bought two. I also upgraded my account to the $99 bundle. Turns out, I need to use I see now how you tried to explain that to me before. Sorry I was too slow to pick up on it. Anyway, I'd like a refund for everything I can get a refund for. How do I go about it?

  2. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard. Have you tried that?
