Need a refund for domain registration/upgrade

  1. How do I request a refund? I canceled my auto-renewal before the deadline, but WordPress charged my card nonetheless. I was told auto-renewal would process November 6th, 12pm UTC. I canceled the day before, well before the UTC deadline. I want to make sure I am not charged. I can't seem to find anyway to contact WordPress to request the refund. Please help. Don't they have a support email??

  2. provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
