Hi, i need some help because my blog don’t work.
Everytime when i want to log in my admin site http://culinartz.com/wp-admin/
the page remain empty, nothing appears, this problem is from arround to weeks.
Please let me know what can i do to fix this problem.
The blog I need help with is culinartz.com.
As far as I know if you try logging into your blog by just going to WordPress.com and entering your username and password. Your blog should be listed in the “My Blogs” section.
Let me know if you can see your blog by using this method.
I noticed on a blog that I follow the blogger has a cloud widget that displays other information other than the tag cloud. How can I do the same?
@terese, what kind of information was it you saw in the cloud? I know there’s a category cloud, for instance.
The first thing to ask yourself when you have any issues with your blog such as no access is: Who hosts my blog?
http://culinartz.com/ is NOT a free hosted WordPress.COM blog.
We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform. That’s not one of them and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
@sammetheny the blogger had a cloud with all the Scripture used in the blog. It looks just like the tag cloud. When I look in my widgets I don’t see create your own cloud widget. :(
All support documentation is here http://support.wordpress.com
The Tag cloud widget guide is here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tag-cloud-widget/
@timethief, thank you for taking the time to attach the links about the tag widget. I actually have the tag cloud widget on my blog. The blog I saw has a tag cloud and a Scripture cloud that appears to draw all the Scripture the blog contains just like the tag cloud. Was wondering how to do that also. Thank you!
@timethief…aha! Thank you very much for you time and patience. Yet another reason to upgrade.
Sorry but that’s not so. Upgrades will not change that or anything else stated here Important Notes Before Upgrading
Perhaps you do not mean that you have a reason to upgrade you WordPress.com site? I wonder if you understand the different kinds of WordPress which are available.
We have no idea where the blog you saw was hosted, the one with the scripture cloud. Do you have a link to it?
You cannot upgrade your WordPress.com site to show such a widget, but if you found such a plugin for WordPress.org, then you’ll need to switch to paying for a host, name, and use wp.org software.
