    I’m not sure why I was charged – but I will not be using wordpress and was charged $48.00 while I was looking into it tonight. I will need full amount refunded to me. Please let me know if you have any questions and feel free to contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

    A full refund should be available if you didn’t use the domain credit to register a new domain or if you did but then cancelled it within 48 hours of registration and you are within the 30-day refund window. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    I did not purchase a new domain name – I already have one. If i did somehow then it was accidental. It’s definitely within 48 hours – i was just charged this evening, so recently that it is still pending in my bank account.

    I need a refund of 48.00 – it will probably be under the clark transfer account, if not then the team site account. I just cancelled both sites thinking that i would get a refund that way. I have not used wordpress in two years and will not be using it.

    I appreciate your help.

    Thanks for that additional information. Did you try cancelling the purchase from your Manage Purchases dashboard as mentioned in the support guide on refunds I linked to?

    Since only the person who purchased the upgrade can request a refund, if you need to be logged in with a different username account, please log out of this username account and log back in with the account that purchased the upgrade (if relevant).

    Hi there,

    What happened here is that you first bought Personal, and then bought Premium. If you cancel in this situation, only the most recent payment is refunded automatically.

    I’ve refunded the Personal Plan portion of your upgrade as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
