I’m trying to find the file that the Widget title is in so I can wrap it in a div and apply .css styles to the title. For example: <li id=”linkcat-2″ class=”widget widget_links”>Blogroll

Can you provide a link to your blog, starting with http?

It appears that you’re not hosted here at wordpress.com; you’ll want to ask about this over at wordpress.org, where they provide support for the WordPress software that can be installed on other hosts.
