    The address on credit cards / PayPal etc need to be from PayPal approved countries – sorry I don’t have the link but I remember Nigeria is one of the not approved countries – not sure what other African countries have a problem – posting your country will help the staff help you



    i tried to upgrade my blog from a free blog site to a paid one..i tried making payment for the upgrade to pro which is $99.but when i make payment with my debit card it gives me this error…..”This transaction cannot be processed. Please use a valid country on the billing address.” am making payment from Nigeria.



    how can i make the payment if my country is not approved by paypal

    The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options. Nigeria is not a supported country.

    We use PayPal as our payment processor, and as such, we can only accept payment from countries they support:

    For whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from Nigeria, so you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of Nigeria.
