    I spent over 60 hrs putting together a very comprehensive web site on wix. When there were irregularities in the software, I could not get a response.

    This letter it to see if I can get a non canned response from your company. I am actually hoping for a phone number for tech services.

    There is no phone support at WordPress.com but if you have purchased an upgraded plan you should be able to access live chat here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

    If you do not have an upgraded plan, you can always post your questions here and add the word modlook to the tag box on the right to get the attention of a staff member.
