  I just tried copying and pasting facebook url’s into my wordpress blog as instructed by the new WordPress announcement of this new facility. It did not work. I tried different facebook pages ( I clicked the date of the post then copied and pasted the url into my post page – exactly the steps laid out). Nothing. Of course the url link showed in the published post, but not the facebook post itself.

  Anyone else had the same problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes I have the same problem… no solution yet.

  On a side note the Google plus embed doesn’t work either.

  the new You Tube and Twitter embeds work fine, but for me, no Google plus or Facebook embeds.

  Well hopefully the Happiness Engineers at WordPress will make us all smile again when they get to fix this! :-)
