New post editor

    Hi!

    I use the new post editor to edit my texts but I have some problems with it. In the older version, I could justify my text but in the new not.

    I tried HTML code and ‘Advanced’ settings, but they aren’t working.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @dzvonyarena, justify isn’t built into this editor, though we’ll make a request for that.

    In the meantime, you can switch back to the classic editor, or, if you want to edit the HTML, change the paragraphs like so:

    <p style="text-align: justify">text goes here</p>

    I want to add as well, though: justifying your paragraphs can make them more difficult to read on mobile phones where the columns are narrower. You’ll end up with a bunch of severely spaced-out words on some lines and squished words on other lines. Plus it’s not even that great for readability on large screens. I’m guessing that’s why the WordPress.org community no longer offers it as a standard button.

    Still, we’ll make a request to have it added here for our users. I hope that helps!
