New WordPress App (3.1.1)

  1. Hi Support,

    The new release of the app for iOS has corrupted the app. I'm being asked to log in to JetPack constantly (I don't have JetPack, I'm - I try my normal log in credentials, but I'm never allowed access to anything regarding my site.

    Even 3.1 had problems: I couldn't log in to my "Posts" tab, I kept getting told I had bad log in credentials. But I could view my "Stats" tab, and I was logged in with the right username and password.

    Is this a general problem, or is mine isolated?

    Can you try deleting the app, then reinstalling it from scratch through the App Store?
