Newly mapped .de domain – 403 error
-
Hi,
I’ve recently mapped my wordpress blog onto the domain ‘europeanforum.de’, that was mine previously.
However, since doing this, I’ve been unable to access my blog. I’m not sure quite what I need to do in order to make this right – any help greatly appreciated!
One thing I’m not sure about is whether it’s something to do with the name servers, which are set on my domain host’s site to ‘ns5.kasserver.com’ and ‘ns6.kasserver.com’.
many thanks!
The blog I need help with is europeanforum.de.
Yes the name servers need to point to WordPress.COM – that is changed where your domain is registered
What if it doesn’t let me? My host won’t allow me to edit nameservers.
I added a zone record which is sometimes required to let the registrar change the name servers to WordPress.COM – you registrar should allow the name servers to be changed – changing name servers is a standard operation
Thanks – unfortunately it’s still not allowing me to, appreciate your help though.
I think I’ll try contacting the host next. Unless anyone else has any experience of kasserver?
