No chat box in the lower right hand corner

  1. Hello Hapiness Engineers. Though you promise chat support for premium members I don't see that chat box in the lover right hand corner. I'd show you a screenshot but I can't upload it. Whilst starting out to solve a simple problem ("edit button gone" see forum) I am now encountering difficulties with your forums and chat box.

    (Also why do you make us calculate what times you're open? English only is ok but if you're going to accept EUR why not be as courteous as to say when you're open for customers from the old continent rather than have us calculate the time difference?)

  3. We used to have 4 chat options but we no longer have them. Chatroll is no longer supported. At present there are no chatboxes or forums that can be embedded into free hosted blogs. There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins.

    You have three free workaround forum options:
    One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.

  4. The Premium upgrade does NOT include live chat by support. It includes support via email [email redacted] Only the Business upgrade does has live chat support. See here for details of all 3 plans

  5. Also typing in all capital letters in cyberspace is considered to be SHOUTING! It's rude and I don't recommend it as it makes you appear to be a child. As for how questions on these forums are addressed it's first ask first served situation as would be expected and there are pages of bloggers who posted before you did.

  7. As for first come first served vs 22 hours of waiting: I was under the impression I'd bought chat support. Apparently not. Apologies.

    And now for the actual problem at hand: actual support on the Chunk theme issue.

  8. Finally, did WordPress communicate that e-address after buying Premium? No they did not.

    Would anyone recommend using it? Or are the delays as long? After all, I'm under the impression I bought services from a company.

  9. I spoke honestly as one adult to another and if you choose to take offense that up to you as none was intended. You posted twice into this thread in this peer support forum to get attention but remarkably, neglected to state clearly and concisely exactly what it is that you need help with. You now have 2 choices for getting support and the first one is to state what you need help with here in this thread. The second one is to email Staff which always takes longer.

  13. My apologies for creating more than one thread. My aim was not to triplicate (I've had to look up what that means, I'm not a native speaker) or complicate but to point at distinct phenomena or to alert people behind Chunk separately by creating a thread that would catch their eye.

    Philosophical question: forum rules are pre social media. Have our methods for trying to reach & alert specific people created new customs?
