no more foreign accents? where's the omega icon gone?

    omega icon, and dashboard, along with lots of other icons and links has now gone, under your new system which you have imposed from above without any consultation. PLEASE RESTORE OLD FAMILIAR LAYOUT.

    It’s still all there. Calm down. When you are logged in to add a new post simply click on the “visual” tab on the right above the post editor and all of the familiar old icons will appear. That includes “Ω”

    I followed your suggestion but it didn’t work. I clicked on Visual on a new post and in an old one and no new icons appeared, neither did the sidebar. the things i want most are Tools, Pages, Dashboard, All Posts, Underlining, and Omega. Is it because I’m using Google Chrome? When did these changes come in – I’ve only been away for 2 weeks. There was no warning, and there’s nothing on WP’s News pages. There must have been an uproar if everyone has been as inconvenienced as me!

    I’m using FireFox 30.0 and have also used Safari.

    WordPress.com is a continuous work in progress so it is updated many times per day. Not all innovations are noteworthy, but some do cause some disgruntlement.

    I cannot say why you are unable to access the tools you want to use. Perhaps another volunteer will have more insight.
