    Hi, I just want to make sure that my credit card will not be charged on November 6, 2018. I cannot afford it and I will be in big trouble if I have not successfully ‘canceled’ this service. Please confirm that I will not be charged anything. Thanks.

    I’ve checked your account and there are currently no active upgrades. There is confirmation of this on your Manage Purchases page:

    The Premium plan you purchased last year was successfully cancelled yesterday and will therefore not renew again.
